St George’s Preparatory School is looking for a passionate and experienced Nursery Manager to lead our thriving private nursery. This is a unique opportunity to shape the early educational experiences of our youngest learners in a nurturing, play-based environment that values excellence, enjoyment, and holistic development.

In this role, you will lead and inspire a dedicated team of Nursery Officers, champion the Birth to Five Matters principles and EYFS framework, and ensure outstanding care, safeguarding, and curriculum delivery. You will also foster strong partnerships with families and external professionals while playing a key role in the strategic development of our Early Years provision.
