Office Administrator
St George’s Preparatory School is looking for a highly organised and personable Office Administrator to join our busy school office. This is a key full-time role at the heart of our school community, supporting the smooth running of daily operations and providing essential administrative support to the Deputy Bursar and Office Manager.
In this varied and rewarding role, you will be the first point of contact for parents, pupils, staff, and external agencies. You’ll manage communications, maintain records, support financial processes, and help coordinate school events and activities. You’ll also play a vital role in safeguarding, health and safety, and first aid provision.
We are seeking someone with excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and a proactive, flexible approach. Experience in administration and proficiency in Microsoft Office are essential, and previous experience in a school setting is desirable.
