Our Team

We are extremely proud of our committed team of highly qualified, dedicated and experienced staff at St George’s, ably led by Head Teacher, Mr Cormac Timothy.

St. George's is a very special place to work, and an award-winning early years education provider. Surrounded by 35 acres of stunning grounds and staffed by a motivated and supportive team of professionals, no two days here are the same. We feel privileged to educate and support the pupils in our care, and proud to be part of a supportive team of professionals.

Lisa Dingle

Forest School Teacher

I completed a four-year BEd Honours Teaching degree, specialising in PE and originally came to Jersey with university friends to work at local playschemes during the school holidays. I met my husband and settled here, working as a Year 11 class teacher, maths and PE coordinator. I have also worked in the Foundation stage managing Reception classes. I joined St. George's in 2017, originally teaching Reception classes, and am now the Lead Forest School teacher. Having trained with the original founder of the Forest School initiative, I love taking the children to explore the grounds we are blessed with. Nature and our natural environment are gifts we should all treasure, and the children have an innate respect for our surroundings that is inspiring and gives us real hope for the future.

I was born in Plymouth and completed my education there. Dancing has always been a real passion for me, I started at 3 years old and danced ballet, tap and modern until my late teens whilst also attending drama school. I have always been a keen amateur dramatic performer and starred local pantomimes with celebrities of the time! I live here in Jersey with my husband Matt and daughter Sophie.
