Our Team

We are extremely proud of our committed team of highly qualified, dedicated and experienced staff at St George’s, ably led by Head Teacher, Mr Cormac Timothy.

St. George's is a very special place to work, and an award-winning early years education provider. Surrounded by 35 acres of stunning grounds and staffed by a motivated and supportive team of professionals, no two days here are the same. We feel privileged to educate and support the pupils in our care, and proud to be part of a supportive team of professionals.

Lindsey Fidrmuc

Deputy Head Teacher - Pastoral, Wellbeing and Mental Health Co-ordinator, Head of Upper Prep & Form Tutor

After leaving Jersey at the age of 18 I gained a BSc (Hons) in Geography from Leeds University. I then also went on to complete my PGCE. I then moved to the North East of England and started my first teaching post.

I started at St George’s in 2011 and I have taught in Form II, Reception and now Form VI. I have been a member of the Senior Leadership Team since I joined the school in various different roles. I am now Deputy Head in charge of pastoral matters including mental health and wellbeing. I am also the Deputy Designated Safeguarding Lead.

I am a qualified first aider and a Basic Expedition Leader. I have also completed the Level 3 Forest School Leader course. I am keen to use the grounds at St. George's to both support and enhance the learning that goes on and to educate children about the importance of looking after the environment in which we work and play.

During my spare time I sing in a local choir and I am a mum to two children who certainly keep me on my toes!
