  • Office Manager

    We are seeking an exceptional Office Manager to join the St George's community. This key position reports to the Deputy Bursar and will work term time only plus 8 weeks (Note: St George's has an additional 4 weeks' school holidays).

    The Office Manager is responsible for overseeing the school office, managing admissions processes, and maintaining information systems. As the first point of contact for our school community, you'll provide strategic support to the leadership team while ensuring efficient and professional service to our school community.

    Your responsibilities will include supervising administrative functions and staff, managing the entire admissions process from enquiry to enrolment, and maintaining pupil records on our Engage database. You'll help to coordinate school events, support the leadership team, and manage office resources within budget.

    The successful candidate will have strong organisational and administrative skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience handling complex administrative work. You should be proficient with Microsoft Office and school management information systems, maintain confidentiality with sensitive information, and have excellent time management skills.

    Experience in education and knowledge of safeguarding procedures is preferred.
