Year VI French Trip
Year VI have enjoyed an unforgettable trip to France this week, accompanied by Mrs Gibson, Mrs Lathwell and Mr Timothy. They toured Mont St Michel, visited an abbey, a goat farm and a traditional market. At the market they confidently used their French to order their own lunch, practising their budgeting skills too.
Unfortunately, the trip was cut short by a day due to the unseasonably bad weather. It was decided not to risk either a cancelled return or a very unpleasant return voyage, so instead, our Year VIs brought a little of France back to St. George's!
Everyone had a fantastic time. It's such a special trip for our Year VIs and, as well as improving their French speaking and doing some sight-seeing, they make some very special memories with their friends in what is their final year with us here at St. George's.
