Form V Balloon Debate
Mr Moons Form V English class held a balloon debate yesterday. The children were allocated a famous person and they were tasked with researching their individual and justifying why they should stay on the sinking balloon whilst everyone else jumped into the sea.
We had Alexander the Great, Helen of Troy, Nelson Mandela, Julius Caesar, Marie Currie, Bob Marley and William the Conqueror
It was a closely fought battle and narrowly, Marie Currie remained in the balloon justifying herself to be the most important, well done Hector Somay!
