Nursery's First Lunch at St George's

Tuesday 11 September 2007 was a big day for these children.  The day dawned bright and the sunshine encouraged smiles and laughter as the latest of a long line of boys and girls arrived, resplendent in their new burgandy and grey uniforms, to meet Mr Moore, our Headmaster, and form teacher Mrs Christine Hawkins.

Early fears were soon calmed by Mrs Hawkins and Teaching Assistants Mrs Le Marinel, Mrs Nerac and Mrs Le Marquand and an enjoyable first morning was had by all concerned! 

Having joined the Nursery only three hours ago, our youngest pupils can be seen clearly enjoying their first lunch at St George’s in the glorious sunshine on the front lawn.  A picnic lunch with their new friends helps make their first day at school even more special.
