Fun Run May 2010

Undeterred by the fierce weekend sun, Jessie Gallay, Kitty Tiefenthal, Thor Tiefenthal, Flinn Tiefenthal, Noah Ireland and Jaimie McIntosh took to the road on Sunday to compete in the ’Fun Run’ at St Ouen’s.

The two mile road race had been organised as a precursor to the day’s main event which also featured two of our mums.  Katie Thomson did well to complete the thirteen miles in 5th place and Vicky Barratt was close on her heels in 7th place.

Jersey Hash House Harriers arranged the children’s fun run in order to raise funds for Jersey Sports Association for the disabled.  Well done to our intrepid athletes and particularly to Jessie who came second in her age group.
