Reception visit to Pizza Express

Lunch out with Reception

Reception dined out in style at Pizza Express in St Brelade’s last week.

With great excitement thirty children and eight adults set off on a coach for lunch.  When we arrived at Pizza Express we had a tour of the kitchen; the walk in fridges nearly turned us into snowmen!  We washed our hands and put on our special hats and aprons ready to start.  We looked like chefs.  We made our pizza bases and put on the tomato paste and all our favourite toppings.  By the time we had washed our hands again our pizzas were cooked.  They were delicious.  We all sat down to eat, we had worked up quite an appetite and nearly all the children ate everything up.  To finish off we had a bowl of ice cream.  We returned to School quite full, pretty tired but very happy.  We would like to say a big thank you to Pizza Express for providing us all with a wonderful lunch.
