Originally from Holland I have been in Jersey for 22 years.  I am married to an hotelier and we live in St Brelade’s Bay with our two young sons.

I joined St George’s in January 2008.  I’ve worked for several years with children in primary education and it is working with the youngest I find most rewarding and fascinating.   I feel so proud to be part of the St George’s team and having worked alongside Christine Hawkins I am honoured to take the role of Nursery Manager with effect from September 2009.

I am looking forward to moving the Nursery forward with the other members of the team, taking full advantage of the wonderful walled garden and surrounding grounds at the same time as retaining the nurturing and academic standards for which the School is renowned.
