The Kestrels Have Landed
Egg-citing news! The peace and quiet of the last few weeks and the beautiful grounds in which the Manor stands have encouraged the romance between our pair of kestrels to blossom and there are five eggs!
This is eggs-actly what we hoped for. The children gather daily around the monitor to watch proceedings but will have to wait eggs-acctly 29 days for them to hatch! D Day is unfortunately likely to be during the half term break! The mother bird looks el-egg-ant as she checks the clutch with unruffled feathers. It is no egg-ageration to say we are delighted.
We hope Channel TV will feature r-egg -ular updates during their daily news and weather slots but to access the live webcast click

Any more egg-scrutiating jokes should be kept to yourselves thank you! We have more than enough!
