The Key Stages
’We could not be happier with the Nursery.....’
Children arrive at school with all lights blazing; eagerly exploring their new world and absorbing experiences like a sponge....we are keen that no light should ever be dimmed.
At St George’s we harness this enthusiasm; guiding, nurturing and encouraging those all important first steps. We believe our structured curriculum that includes the specialist teaching of music, French, PE and swimming, gives our children a head start.
Infants (Key Stage I)
Our pupils are encouraged to explore the limits of their potential, both within and outside the classroom.
Under the watchful eye of their Form Teacher, our boys and girls are introduced to a broad curriculum delivered by a team of dedicated subject specialists.
Our children become disciplined and organised in their work, have the confidence to undertake challenges and expect to do well.
Above all, our children have fun.
Juniors (Key Stage II)
Being a big fish in a small pond is a wonderful opportunity to grow in character and confidence.
The responsibilities that our children are given and the manner in which they respond are pivotal in helping shape children who consistently go on to play leading roles in senior schools.
Confidence will take a boy or girl a long way.
