Little Dragons Nursery
Integration with St George's
Our Little Dragons are a very important part of our School and join their older friends whenever possible. Little Dragons covers our children’s most formative years and as such they are viewed as being of critical importance. Wherever possible the children are included in whole school activities whether it be treks into the woods with Form VI, dressing up for Character Assembly, songs around the Christmas tree, Christmas Nativities and the Carol Service, searching for Easter eggs or sports days in front of Mums and Dads. All help strengthen the St George's family bond while the Georgian Association annual Bonfire Night, Christmas Party (with a special guest from the North) and Summer Fair are highlights of the year.
Our Little Dragons grow quickly; they take on new skills, gain confidence and learn to do things for themselves. You only have to see our two year olds on the stage at the end of their first term as they sing and dance in the Christmas Nativity to appreciate just how special they are and how St George’s helps them to grow.
We are very proud of our Early Years classes. We believe the first steps a child takes are their most important steps and we are determined to make them as good, as assured and as fun as they can possibly be.
